Analytics
Every conversation with your chatbot is logged and accessible in your dashboard. Use analytics to understand what users are asking and improve your knowledge base.
Viewing conversations
Go to the Chat Sessions tab in your project to see all conversations:
- Each session represents a conversation with a visitor
- Click a session to see the full message history
- View both user questions and AI responses
- See which sources were cited in each answer
What to look for
Common questions
Identify patterns in what users are asking. If many people ask similar questions, make sure that topic is well-covered in your knowledge base.
Unanswered questions
Look for conversations where the chatbot couldn't provide a helpful answer. These reveal gaps in your documentation that you should address.
Source citations
Check which sources are being cited most often. If certain pages are rarely cited, their content may not be relevant or may need improvement.
Usage metrics
The Analytics tab shows usage over time:
- Message volume — Total messages sent in a given period
- Unique users — Number of different visitors who chatted
